If your team has a portable field and FULL game element set, please contact me! We can make arrangements to take care of one of your team's registration costs in lieu of borrowing one field for a practice or skills field.
All teams MUST have payment completed PRIOR to the start of the competition! Teams that have NOT paid will be moved to the Wait List!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the inclement weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: The event will be rescheduled (especially in the case of a weather-related cancellation).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be issued once paid.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should have their notebook digitally uploaded through My Teams on Robot Events by 3pm on Wednesday, November 12th.
