General Info
This event is held in the North Andover High School field house. There is plenty of space for parking, the public is welcome to attend free of charge. We'll have concessions for snack and lunch.

7:30 am: Doors open to teams, preparation
7:30-8:45am: Robot Inspection
8:45 am: Opening Ceremony and event meeting
9:00 to 12:00pm: Qualifying Matches, optional skills challenges
12:00 to 12:45pm: Lunch (Concession and Snack Stand Open All Day)
12:45 to 4:30pm: Qualifying matches and Elimination Matches. Skills will be open during qualifying rounds.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather, coaches will be notified of event status. Updated information will be posted on this event page.
Refund and Payment Policies
In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances, teams should contact Bennett Ahearn for a refund.
No refunds after registration closes. Teams with unpaid balances will be placed on the waitlist one week prior to event.
Refunds will be issued within two months of event date.
Any refunds will be minus the $5 administrative fee retained by RECF.

Judging Format
In-Person/digital Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should submit a digital copy of their notebook beforehand, but bringing a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges is also suggested.
