Congratulations on your qualification for the GA VEX State Championship. All the information for th eevent can be found at the link below:
GA VEX STATE CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION
If a team double-qualifies for a World Championship spot, the state’s next highest ranking team from the Georgia State Championship Skills list will receive the invitation. Invitation numbers will be evaluated over the season to ensure we have enough spots. If needed, the event will have spots added.
World Championship qualifying awards and invitations are issued to teams whether or not the teams have expressed an intention to attend the event. Unaccepted World Championship invitations are not offered or transferred to other teams.
Please remember - All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

7:30 AM - Team Load In – Pit Area and practice fields open
7:30 - 8:00 AM - Team Registration
7:30 - 8:30 AM - Inspection (All teams must have passed inspected by 8:30. Any robot not inspected by this time will be removed from the tournament.)
8:30 - 9:15 AM - Driver Meeting and Opening Ceremonies
9:30 - 12:30 PM - Skills Challenges and Qualifying Rounds (Skills fields will close at the last qualification match.)
12:30 - 1:15 PM - Lunch
1:15 - 3:15 PM - Qualification Matches and Judging
3:15- 3:45 PM - Alliance Selection
4:00- 5:30 PM - Elimination Bracket and Awards

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- The notebook submission deadline is Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
- In Person Team Interviews:
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- All teams will have the opportunity to be interviewed at least once. Some teams may receive second interviews if the Judges need additional information.
