General Info

Whirlwind Robotics is excited to host their annual robotics tournament on January 10, 2026! This year, the tournament will feature both a middle school and high school competition at the same venue.

Teams will showcase their robotics skills and compete in VEX V5 Push Back competition designed to test their engineering, programming, and problem-solving abilities. Spectators are welcome to attend and cheer on the participants.

We would like to thank all the players, coaches, and families for their participation and support. We look forward to seeing everyone at the tournament and are excited to witness the impressive robots and competitive spirit on display!

In the case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled. The cancellation will be posted on robotevents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event for any reason: A refund will be issused.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: A refund will not be issused.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions & In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks MUST be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline of 1/9/26 is set for this event.
