Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled. The cancellation will be posted on robotevents.com.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event Refund Policy – VEX Robotics Competition
1. Event Partner Cancellation
- If the Event Partner must cancel the event, every effort will be made to reschedule for a later date.
- If the event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date, and no refunds will be issued.
- Coaches will be notified via email with updated event details.
2. Team Withdrawal or Non-Attendance
- If a Coach/Mentor registers a team but later chooses to withdraw or does not attend, no refund will be provided.
- Registration fees are non-transferable to other events.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
