Event Date: 7th December 2025
Come and join us for a qualification tournament! We've been proudly hosting VEX Robotics events for 6 years—be part of another exciting year of competition, learning, and innovation.
This event offers a fantastic opportunity for teams to sharpen their skills, connect with peers, and engage in meaningful STEM challenges as they prepare for the VEX Robotics Thai Nationals and international Signature Events during the 2025–2026 season.

All teams must complete compliance check
08:20 — Opening Remarks / Driver Meeting
08:45 - 09:15 — Practice Matches Begin
1 match per team (Fields 1–3, 10-minute cycle)
09:30 - 11:30 — Qualification Matches Begin
Fields 1–3 (10-minute cycle)
09:30 — Snacks Delivered to Team Booths
11:30–12:15 — Lunch Break
All fields closed, 45 minute lunch break for everyone - judging can continue as judges will eat at 11:00
12:20–14:30 — Final Qualification Matches
14:40–15:15 — Alliance Selection
16 alliances of 2 teams each
15:20–16:10 — Elimination Rounds
Round of 32 Eliminations - Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Finals (single elimination)
Round of 32 - 4 fields running at the same time to eliminate half the teams, this will be the same for quarter finals. Once We start semi finals, we play field by field, approximately 4 minutes per game.

Welcome—and thank you for helping make this event a success! It takes many hands to run an event like this, and we truly appreciate your support.
No experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and team spirit. Volunteering is a great way to be involved in the action, meet new people, and contribute to a memorable event. Plus, it's a lot more fun than just watching from the sidelines!
Feel free to sign up for multiple shifts or duties. Parents, family members, and friends of team participants make incredible volunteers, and your involvement makes a big difference.
As a thank-you, all volunteers will receive free food and an event T-shirt!

Teams are advised to monitor RobotEvents.com for any updates regarding weather-related or emergency cancellations.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the tournament name on RobotEvents.com will be updated to reflect the change (e.g., "Cancelled" or "Postponed"). Additional information will also be sent directly to registered teams via email.

Refund and Payment Policies
No Refunds
Please note that no refunds will be issued for this event under any circumstances.
Payment Deadline

Payment must be completed within 14 days of registration.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, the team will be moved to the waitlist and notified accordingly.

Invoices will be sent directly to the registered school after Google form submission.

Judging Format
All judging for the 2025–2026 VEX Robotics events at St. Andrews (STA) will follow an in-person format.
Team Interviews
-
All team interviews will be conducted in person during the event.

Teams should be prepared to meet with judges on-site.
Engineering Notebooks
-
All Engineering Notebooks must be submitted digitally through robot events - this must be 7 days before the event, we will not accept engineering notebooks after midnight on the 30th of November 2025
-
This allows our judging panel sufficient time to review the materials ahead of the event.
-
Notebooks submitted after this deadline will not be assessed and will not be considered during the judging process.
