General Info
Mashpee Middle High School is excited to be hosting the Winter Classic VEX V5 Robotics Push Back Competition. This competition will qualify teams to the MA Regional Championships.
Our event is being held at:
Mashpee Middle High School
500 Old Barnstable Road
Mashpee, MA 02649
The competition is taking place on Saturday, January 10, 2026. There will be qualifying and elimination matches as well as skills challenges. The competition will be held in the Mashpee Middle High School Auditorium and Cafeteria. Ample parking is available at Mashpee Middle High School. All attendees should enter through the main doors. Teams and those with limited mobility should use the driveway circle to unload. Handicap spots are available.

If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued in a timely manner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be made after registration closes. If team withdraws from event prior to registration closing, full refund will be issued within a timely manner.
Teams with unpaid balances on RobotEvents.com: will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.
Judging will be In Person, teams are expected to submit digital notebooks by January 8, 2026 through Robot Events to Amanda Hough.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued in a timely manner.
Teams will be notified by 8pm on Friday, January 9, 2026 if the venue will be closed for bad weather on Saturday, January 10, 2026 through email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued in a timely manner.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline of January 8, 2026.
