General Info
As in years past, we will run this as close as possible to a traditional tourney, but without the Alliance selection at the end. It will run very similar to last year's Santa Robot Clash.
Teams will be fed by our campus canteen. You'll soon be given a list for all your participants (students and adults). Then after the event, you'll receive an invoice with a cost of food based on number of people.
We'll give trophies for.........

We will NOT award an excellence award, and we will NOT do the alliance selection elimination matches.
The team interviews and notebook judging will take place remotely, and must be done in advance of the tournament date.

Note that Interviews will take place virtually in the days before the event, likely starting in late November. All notebooks must be submitted digitally before the event (linked to your team on robotevents.com).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Should we have REALLY bad weather, we would cancel Santa Robot Clash, and all payments would be refunded. However, this should be quite unlikely.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the ISBasel cancels the event, we will refund all payments.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, we can refund your registration fee if you let us know at least 2 weeks before the event.

Judging Format
- All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
