Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of cancellation we will fully refund teams minus the robot events fee.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  We will fully refund fees minus the robot event fees

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Fully refunded if withdrawin prior to Dec 4, 2025.

After only half refund.

 

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline is 5pm Dec  11, 2025.

We will try to interveiw all teams if time allows.  However if we have limited judges we will be selecting teams for interview.
