In the spirit of Halloween, we are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a costume contest during the event. Get your creative juices flowing, as we will be awarding prizes for the best individual and team costumes. Let's make this event even more festive and memorable!
The event will cost 120.00 MOP/HKD. One teams fee will be waved if you provide a volunteer judge or referee.

Volunteer
We are looking for field resetters, judges, and referees. if you are interested in becoming a competition volunteer, please contact us.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau issues a red or black rainstorm warning signal and a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above, the competition will be canceled or postponed. Please pay attention to the latest information from the organizer
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: will refund the registration fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: will not refund the registration fee.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
