Welcome to the V5RC Push Back Thailand National Championship 2025–2026 [Middle School]

We are pleased to invite you to the V5RC Push Thailand National Championship 2025–2026 – Middle School, which will take place on Thursday and Friday, January 15-16, 2026, at Central Chaengwattana.

This official National Championship event is part of the qualifying path to the VEX World Championship.
Please note: To qualify for the Thailand National Championship, teams are required to participate in at least one Thailand official qualifying event. The Thailand Regional (North, Northeast, Central) series by Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) is one such qualifying event pathway in Thailand.

Event Details:

  • Registration Deadline: December 22, 2025
  • Registration Fee: 9,000 THB per team per event (payment must be completed through PIM Registration within 7 days)
  • Event Dates: January 15-16, 2026 (Thursday - Friday)
  • Location: Chaengwattana Hall at Central Chaengwattana.

 

Registration​ Requirement:

All participating teams must complete registration with both RobotEvents.com and PIM by the deadline and comeplete the payment within 7 days of registering on RobotEvents.com:

1. Register on RobotEvents.com

  • Register your team with the RobotEvents.com to obtain an official team number and name, or renew your existing team number.
    How to Register a Team on RobotEvents 
  • Register for the event under the appropriate grade level.

2. Complete PIM Registration and Payment within 7 Days

  • Complete registration and payment with PIM, please fill out form at: https://forms.gle/sJ13UgTAAVRh3gJk9
  • For Schools: The institute will issue an invoice to the school for direct payment.
  • For Individuals:  Please make the payment by bank transfer and upload the proof of payment in the form, a receipt will be issued once the payment is verified.

Important: Teams that do not complete payment through PIM within 7 days of registering on RobotEvents.com will be moved to the waitlist and their spots may be offered to other teams on standby.

 

Important Safety Rule:

From All Drive Team Members must wear safety glasses or glasses with side shields while at the Field for Matches. 
All teams must bring their own safety glasses. Event organizers will not supply safety glasses under any circumstances.

 

Judging Information:

1. All In-Person Judging: Engineering Notebooks & Team Interviews

  • All team interviews and Engineering Notebook evaluations will be conducted in person during the event.
  • Teams are required to submit a digital copy of their Engineering Notebook by January 8, 2026.
  • Teams must bring a physical copy of their Engineering Notebook to submit to the judges during robot inspection.

Important: Teams that do not provide a physical copy of their Engineering Notebook will not be considered for any Judges Awards such as Excellent Award, Design Award, Innovate Award, Judges Award and etc.


2. Innovate Award Submission Requirements

To be considered for the Innovate Award, teams must complete the Innovate Award Submission Form: https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/17319258476439-Judging-Resource-Innovate-Award-Submission-Information-Form and include it in their Engineering Notebook. 

  • The form must be placed either directly behind the Engineering Notebook cover page or in a clearly marked section of the notebook.
  • For physical notebooks, the form can be printed and placed in the notebook.
  • For digital notebooks, the form can be scanned in or an exact recreation included.
  • Teams may only submit one aspect of their design currently in use at the event to be considered for the Innovate Award at that event.

 

Grade level and Awards:

  • Middle school, high school and VURC grade levels will compete on the same day using separate fields.
  • Awards will be presented separately for each grade levels, starting this season.

Please note: If the number of teams in each grade level does not meet the minimum requirement, it will be necessary to blend the teams into a single division.

 

Weather and Emergency Updates:

Teams are advised to monitor RobotEvents.com for weather or emergency-related cancellations.
If the event is canceled or postponed, the event name will be updated accordingly, and additional information will be sent via email.

Please note: registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation or postponement, teams will be sent additional information via Email. 
In the event of a cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will not be issued for this event, except in the case that the Event Partner cancels the event.
If the event is cancelled by the Event Partner, registered teams will be eligible to receive a refund.
