General Info

Parking on the day will be availabe for minibusses, but not coaches. Please instruct any coach drivers to park elsewhere.

The school can be reached by public transport via tube, bus or London Overground. Detailed instructions on how to do this will be sent out prior to the event. 

Spectators are encouraged to attend, please confirm numbers with the Event Partner in advance.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of cancellation, QE Robotics will aim to inform you within 48 hours of event commencement. 

If you cannot travel because of bad weather,  please let us know as soon as possible.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions & Physical Notebook Submissions with In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Please DO NOT print notebooks if you have used digital notebooks throughout the season.
