General Info
Doors Open at 8:30 and we will start registration skills and inspection then. The event will be livestreamed on the Gamecock Robotics Youtube Channel. Skills will be offered as well as in person judging. Please remeber to have engineering notbooks uploaded to robotevents before Friday October 31st at 11:59pm.
Please remeber to get your regestration fee in prior to the event. If the regestration deadline is reached and you have not paid you will be moved to the waitlist.
Metered Parking is free after 6 and on the weekends. The garage is also free on the weekends. Please note that Green Street is closed to any cars. Students and Robots can be dropped off at the loop. After coming through the doors, there will be stairs going to the second floor and the tournament will be on the left. There is also a ramp up to an entrance on the second floor.
Lunch will not be provided, however, there is a Chic-fil-a, Panda Express, and several other restaraunts in the building.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an emergency, teams will be notified no later than October 31st.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be refunded $75.00.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be issued.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should upload their notebook to robotevents for the judges.
