General Info

Welcome to the V5RC Tournament at the Knights of Columbus Hall.  The hall is located behind All Saints school, a map is included under the Documents tab. This is a Virginia State qualifying event.

  • 6 Qualification matches
  • Portable, tournament fields with GPS grid
  • Certified Head Referee
  • One Skills fields with portable field (GPS grid).
  • One or Two practice field
  • Spacious pit areas w/seats
  • All matches live-streamed on YouTube-Live.
  • Live stream in the pits
  • Monitors with qualification rankings.
  • Monitors with skills scores.
  • Free parking at the school.
  • On-site concessions. You may bring your own lunch or visit local area restaurants.

Be sure that consent forms for all attendees are uploaded.  The form can be found here:

Payment:  All team payments must be sent to the REC Foundation by Febuary 20th at 12:00 PM or your team will be dropped.  Only on-line payments will be accepted.  If the tournament is cancelled, all registered participants will be notified by 10 PM on the evening before the event.

7:00 am – 9:00 am – Inspections

8:30 am – 8:45 am – Drivers Meeting, Match Schedule distribution

8:45 am – 9:00 am – Opening Ceremony

9:00 am Skills opens.

9:15 am – 12:15 pm – Qualification Matches

12:15 pm – 1:00 pm – Lunch Break

1:00 pm – 2:15 pm – Qualification Matches

2:35 pm – 3:00 pm – Alliance Selection

3:15 pm – 4:30 pm – Eliminations

4:30 pm – Event clean up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event coordinator will e-mail coaches by 10 PM the day before the event if the event will be cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A $10 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee. The balance will be refunded.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • No refunds will be made unless the tournament is cancelled by the Event Partner.

All participants will be notified by e-mail by 10 PM on the evening before the event if the tournament is cancelled.
