Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If cancelled by emergency or bad weather, we will refund fees.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

• Refunds will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

• No refunds will be processed.

Travel Info

Update:

The Katy Winter Classic will take place in the Katy High School cafeteria.  Please enter through the main entrance of Katy High School.

This is a change from previously advertised location due to construction at the Robert Shaw Center.  We have graciously accepted invitation from the Katy High School robotics team, run by Thea Drake, to help us to host our event.

Judging Format

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
