Volunteer

Volunteers are always greatly appreciated.  Please contact me 918-527-7820 if you will be bringing any volunteers.  We especially are always in need of Certified refs and Judges.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, teams will be contacted using their coach's information.  The event will try to be rescheduled at a later date if possible. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: The event will be rescheduled if possible.  Any applied funds would aslo apply to the rescheduled event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: It is the responsibility of the coaches/ mentors to evaluate the schedules and communicate with their teams as to other activities that may be in conflict with this date.  We will do our best to accommodate unforseen circumstances, but if a team is registered and holds that spot, then that team is responsible for the registration costs.  Please consider notifying us about such an issue at least a  couple of days before the event so your team can be moved to the waitlist.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
