General Info
Verdigris is locatedd between Claremore and Catoosa. Food options are limited. We have a Casey's, Dollar General, and a Sonic. Other food options are typically 15 to 20 minutes away.
Food concessions will be available.
Hospitality room will be offered for coaches.
We are located behind the High School building in the Junior High gym. Please remember to bring your extension cords.

Volunteer
Volunteers are greatly appreciated. We especially like refs and Judges as they help to increase diversity. Please let me know if you are able to bring volunteers. 918-527-7820.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or bad weather, we will try to reschedule for a later date. Teams will be contacted by coach provided information.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: efforts will be made to reschedule the event. Any fees already applied will go towards new event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: It is the responsibility of the coaches/ mentors to evaluate the schedules and communicate with their teams as to other activities that may be in conflict with this date. We will do our best to accommodate unforseen circumstances, but if a team is registered and holds that spot, then that team is responsible for the registration costs. It would be greatly appreciated it a team decides to cancel that they let us know as soon as possible in order to move that team to the waitlist.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
