General Info
The Late Shift is a small invitational evening event held at the Elyria High School Performing Arts Center.
This is a PM event that will start in the afternoon and can run late!
There will be 2 match fields and 2 skills fields.
There will be a full concession stand and dinner will be provided to all participants. There will be no break for dinner.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This is a January event in Northeast Ohio and is subject to possible dangerous weather conditions that may impact travel. Coaches will be called in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to weather. We will cancel it no later than 4 hours before the event starts if necessary.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled minus the $5 REC processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
