General Info
The Lake Effect League will run the Elyria High School Makerspace.
There will be 2 competition fileds, 1 skills field and 1 practice field.
We will offer a full concession stand featuring pizza for each session. There is no dinner provided, will be no dinner break.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Coaches will be contacted via email or phone based on the registration information in the event of a cancellation/postponement due to inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled minus the $5 REC processing fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event (final night). Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
