General Info
The King's School presents the Blended VEX V5 Robotics Competition Tournament for the 2025-2026 Season, Push Back.
This event will be hosted in The Kings School Science Centre, located on the Senior School campus in North Parramatta, NSW, Australia.
Due to limited space, we will ask that each organisation limits the number of coaches to 1 per two teams registered.
Please ensure that everyone attending brings a packed lunch as there will not be food available for purchase near the venue.
Entry is located on Pennant Hills Road - Enter The Kings School at the traffic light intersection with Russell Road / Hunterford Crescent.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registered teams will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so at least 7 days prior to the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be the day before the event date.
