8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Team Check-In and Robot Inspection
- Check-In: Teams register and Turn-in Notebooks
- Robot Inspection: Officals verify that all robots meet VRC size and rule requirements. Inspection is Mandatory to compete.
8:30 AM - 8:45 AM: Opening Ceremony
- PCHS AFJROTC Color Guard will present colors and National Anthem
- Welcome Adress: remarksk from the Event Coorinator and overview of the day
8:45 AM - 11:45 AM: Skills Field Opens
9:00 AM - 11:45 AM: - Qualification Rounds Begin
11:45 AM - 12:30 PM - Lunch Break
- Concessions Available: Concession Stand, Foods trucks on-site, teams may also bring food or explore local businesses

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given if event is cancelled for reasons other than weather
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds wil be available, but the registration can be trasnfeered to another team (from your location) that has not paid.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
