8:00am  - Doors open for registration, Pits.
8:00am – 9:15am Robot Inspection
8:30am – Coaches’ Meeting (Adult)
8:45am – Team Briefing (including Driver’s meeting)
9:15am – Start Qualification Matches
12:30am – Lunch
1:00pm – Resume Qualification Matches
15:00pm – Finish Qualification Matches + Alliance Selection
15:30pm - Playoff Matches
16:00pm – Closing ceremony
16:30pm - Pack up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund.  Cancellations with less then 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.

Travel Info

Instructions for Teams.

  1. Venue for the event is the MPC at Ryde Secondary College, 5 Malvina Street, Ryde, NSW, 2112.

  2. Date: Wednesday 27th August 2025.

  3. Teams arrival time: 8am.

  4. Finish time: 3:30pm.

  5. Contact number for the school is 0298094894.

  6. Parking is on-street parking on either Forrest Street or Malvina Street.

  7. Entry is via a gate next to the MPC on Forrest Street.

  8. A Register Desk will be situated at the door of the MPC and all visitors must sign on and off at this desk.

  9. All visitors are to stay in the MPC for the duration of the event, with the exception of toilets which are in D Block.

  10. Teachers from visiting schools are to supervise their students.

  11. At Bell Times there will be movement of Ryde Secondary College students and staff between classrooms. Some timetabled classes will be allocated to the MPC seating area as an audience for the tournament.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
