General Info
This event is by invitation only and is intended for Tustin Unified Schools. It is sponsored by Tustin Unified School District & Tustin Public Schools Foundation (TPSF). All proceeds from this event are used to sustain the TUSD Robotics program in the Tustin Unified School District. More details will be sent in your registration email and closer to the day of the event.
Live-streaming will be found on the TUSD Robotics Youtube channel and on-site free wi-fi will be provided.
Lunch will not be provided.

Emergency/ Bad Weather
Only in extreme circumstances will this event be canceled due to weather or Covid-19 safety precautions issued by the Tustin Unified School District. In this circumstance, refunds will be made available minus any potential costs charged by RobotEvents.com.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment for this event must be completed by 1/16 at 5:00PM. Your team(s) will be dropped without payment.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the cost to robot events.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be made available up to two weeks prior to the event (1/16/2026), minus any potential costs charged by the RobotEvents.com website. Refunds will not be given if the coach/mentor chooses to witdraw within the two week window.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
Digital Engineering Notebook Submission Deadline: January 23, 2026 by 5:00PM
Directions:
- On "My Account" of RobotEvents.com you will see "Registered Teams" on the Home Page
- Each team has an editable Digital Engineering Notebook Link
- Complete each prompt for each team on the Digital Engineering Notebook Link
- For each event the team is registered for this season, the Event Partner and Judge Advisor will have access to the team's Digital Engineering Notebook link. Ensure the link is "open" and does not require a password or access rights.
- The Digital Engineering Notebook must be accessible as a single link. That is, the entire notebook should be accessible by a single click on the single link provided. Multiple links for "volumes" of a single notebook are not acceptable.
- Please complete the Innovate Award Section for each team, this event WILL have the Innovate Award.
