Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will evaluate the event and ensure travel and the event itself is safe for participants. Furthermore, ACS safety plans will be followed accordingly in the event of an emergency or severe weather.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for remote notebooks is a week prior to the event.
