General Info
New Palestine High School Robotics are pleased to welcome you to the 2025 New Palestine HS VRC State Qualifier!
The New Palestine High School main and auxiliary gyms will be the site of the tournament. The two gyms are seperated by a shared hallway that incudes restrooms and consession stands. The combined space has ample seating and allows for the pits and playing fields to be in close proximity to one another. We look forward to you participating in our tournament.
We will have a skills field open throughout the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status as needed in the General description. Mentors/coaches on the contact list will also recieve an email with event status updates as well.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is Saturday, January 10th, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Deadline for note book submission is Friday, January 23rd by 11:59 pm.
