General Info
Get ready for a frightfully fun Halloween-themed tournament full of spooky thrills and robotics chills! In addition to the standard tournament awards, we’ll be handing out a special award for the Best Team Costume — so bring your A-game and your best spooky style!
Costumes are encouraged, creativity is rewarded, and fun is guaranteed. Let the haunting (and competing) begin! Keep it spooky — but school rules still apply! No full-face masks or fake weapons allowed.
Team interviews will be in person the day of the event. Engineering notebooks will be online. Notebooks must be uploaded to robotevents by 11:59pm Saturday October 11 to be judged.

In the case of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the tournament is cancelled by the event partner, a full refund minus 5 dollars will be sent via district check.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a coach cancels, there are no refunds.

We plan to livestream the event. The link will be posted the day of the event.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. All notebooks must be submitted by 5pm Monday, October 13.
