General Info

Welcome to Bogle Brawl!! A V5RC State Qualifier, Middle School only Event.

The tournament will be held in the gym and the pits will be held in the cafeteria.  When walking into the main entrance of the school, please follow the arrows to the gym. The gym is the large building on the East side of the school.  Spectators are welcome to watch in the gym.

Consent forms are required for all students, mentors, and coaches on a V5RC team.  Consent forms are now done online one time at participation release form and are good for the entire 2025-2026 season at all RECF run events. 

We are planning on in-person interviews with notebooks turned in at registration.  If you are using an online engineering notebook, please print and bring the physical copy to the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed.  Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in RobotEvents.com in the event we need to contact your team. The event will be held entirely indoors, so we do not anticipate any circumstances requiring cancellation.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be provided only if the event is cancelled.  If the event is cancelled, then a full refund will be offered minus the $5 RobotEvents.com fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund is given.

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
