Agenda

Event Details:

  • Date: October 18th, November 8th, December 6th, Jan 24th

  •  Check-in at 7 for MS 1, after check-in and inspection, students will start on matches, PPR provides one pizza per team. The schedule will be the same as last year, with MS 1 alternating with MS 2. MS 1 will start with matches, and MS 2 will start with Skills. We will probably be out of there by 12, but timing will be dependent on teams getting through their matches and the Tournament Manager software functioning well. We have Mack again this year, so we have the best chance of staying on schedule. As you all know, with the number of teams we run, you will be on time or the match will run without your team. We will set up remote initial judging with appointment slots on Signup Genius.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Pikes Peak Robotics – Emergency Weather Policy

Pikes Peak Robotics events are held rain, snow, or shine. We make every effort to proceed with events as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. Because venue availability is extremely limited, rescheduling is difficult.

We understand that weather conditions vary across Colorado, and we trust coaches to make the best decisions for the safety of their teams and families. If a team is unable to attend due to hazardous travel conditions in their area, we ask that the coach notify us as soon as possible.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued unless Pikes Peak Robotics cancels the event. In the rare event of a cancellation, we will notify all registered teams as quickly as possible and provide further instructions.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued minus the processing and RECF $10 fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Refunds
