General Info
Welcome to the Arizona College Prep Middle School V5RC State Qualifier Event.
This event will be held in the gym on the east side of the campus near Alma School Rd. The pit area will be right outside the gym on the concrete pads. Partial shade will be provided by the building's awning, and as the day goes on, shade will continue to grow. Teams are welcome to bring canopies.
Consent forms are required for all students, mentors, and coaches on a V5RC team. Consent forms are now done online one time at participation release form and are good for the entire 2025-2026 season at all RECF run events.
We are planning on in-person interviews with notebooks turned in at registration. If you are using an online engineering notebook, please print and bring the physical copy to the event.
Judging / Interviews may begin as early as 8:00am to ensure all teams are given adequate time and consideration.
If your team is submitting for the innovation award, that form needs to be filled out and turned in at registration.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judge.
