General Info

Welcome to the CFISD HS V5RC Push Back Invitational. Thank you for registering and we hope you will have fun! Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. All CFISD teachers who are bringing teams will be volunteering for a position. If you have a preference or experience, please let me know. If you have any questions regarding the tournament, please contact Devin Murphy at [email protected].

Since it is a school day, we will be providing lunch for all students and teachers. Please fill this out once per school no later than January 12th https://forms.gle/kryVVdifixvSeJey5

I cannot mark any teams as paid for this tournament, please make sure you fill out a PO.

Do NOT open this up to all robotics students, only those who are competing with a team are allowed to attend.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Any required closing will be based on district policy.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be sent.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds due to fixed costs associated with this event.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline may be scheduled ahead of the event date. A submission deadline is scheduled for 1/21/2026 (ahead of the event date). No notebooks will be accepted the day of the tournament.
