  • Competition Arena’s located in PHS West Gymnasium. (3 Match Fields, 2 Skills Fields.)
  • Team Pits located in adjacent PHS West Cafeteria.
  • Full Concessions available. (Breakfast and Lunch items.)
  • Facility is ADA accessible.
  • Restrooms located near registration

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Tournament cancellation by the Host will result in a refund, less RobotEvent fees.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellation by a competing team must occur prior to Dec. 3rd, 12:00 PM EST to receive a refund.

Payment Deadline is November 15th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Health and Safety Policies

Simply put, if anyone on the team is ill or has symptoms of illness, please do attend the tournament.

  3. Drive 6 miles West to Portage High School

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is Wednesday December 11th at 12:00 PM EST.
