This years competition will be held at Overton Ray Elementary Cafeteria.  

A hospitality room will be provided for the adult coaches and mentors. We will have a concession stand.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather this event will be rescheduled, and/or refunds will be issued less the $5.00 REC Foundation administration charge.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

There will be a refund minus the $5.00.
 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refund.

Judging Format

 

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
