If you are interested in participating in this VEXV5 match please add your name to the waitlist and contact the EP listed below
Please be familiar with VEX Regulations and guidelines. If you are a part of the MCPSS JROTC teams there is no event registration fee; however, please ensure you complete the consent forms. If you are not a part of the MCPSS group of teams there is a registration fee of $75 per team per event. You can pay in cash, check or money order and make it out to MCPSS during the check-in process at the event. In addition, please ensure you have added LTC Chevelle Thomas as an alternate POC on the robot events.com website. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please stay tune to MCPSS webpage and social media for all emergency weather announcements. If school is canceled then the event will be cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: then there will be no refund.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
