General Info
Welcome to the October Scrimmage at Lanier Middle School
This tournament is being held at Lanier Middle School in Sugar Hill, Georgia.
Since this is a scrimmage, parents are allowed in or you will be able to livestream it in our Media Center. By helping us with this, we will be able to accommodate 16 teams. We will be live streaming the entire event so parents can watch their members compete. Thank you for helping us provide this opportunity to as many robotics students in our community as possible.
There will not be any judged awards. This means your digital notebook is not needed. This is all about robots and seeing how they will do in this year's competition.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather or other emergencies that causes travel or safety issues for most teams, the event may be postponed or canceled, as necessary. All teams will be notified and kept up to date with changes as soon as they are made.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: we will credit you for a future event this season or next season. Our county has difficulty doing refunds.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be issued.
