Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event may be cancelled due to bad weather and will try to be rescheduled. Teams will be notified by their e-mail listed in robotevents at registration.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Parkway Central. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
