General Info

The Collins Challenge VEX V5 Robotics Competition (MS/HS) event is open to Middle and High School VEX V5RC teams. The event is a State Qualifying event.  The registration cost includes a voucher for one large pizza per team.

NO OUTSIDE food is allowed into the venue.

Concessions will be available.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline: Monday, December 1 by 12:00PM Eastern.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event may be rescheduled in case of emergency/bad weather. Coaches will be contacted if issues arise.

 

Refund and Payment Policies

If you cancel within one week of the event, we will refund your money.

 

 If the event is canceled due to bad weather or by the event partner, we will refund your money.

 Refunds may take up to 6 weeks if monies were paid through RobotEvents.  $5 will be deducted from refunds paid through RobotEvents.
