Thank you for registering for the Mountain View High School annual VEX Robotics Tournament. Please see the information below:
Judging Format: On-line judging and Digital Notebook submission. You would have your scheduled on-line interview as soon as you register for the event, Interviews will be the week of Nov 10-14th starting at 4:30 p.m. (first come - first serve)
Digital Engineering Notebook should be upload by Nov 7th.
Please be sure to complete the online participation release form.
This will be an in-person event. (with the exception of Judging and Notebooks).
We are always open to vounteers!

Setup Day Agenda
2pm-9pm Field and tournament setup. We would appreciate help with setup. We will begin at the end of the school day and work until we are done. In return we will feed you and offer those all important community service hours. Thank you!

7am- Inspection Opens
8:30am- Team Meeting
9am- 2:45 pm qualification matches
(We will have working lunch)
3pm- Alliance Selection and Finals Matches
5pm- Team Load-out & Clean-up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of Emergency/Bad Weather we will reschedule the tournament for a later date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given.
Judging Format
- Remote Initial Team Interviews / Digital Engineering Notebooks Submissions: Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely. Interviews will be schedule the week before the tournament November 10th to November the 14th, starting at 4:30 p.m. Each team will have 10 minutes to complete their interviews.
- Engineering notebook will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on Robot Events. Digital notebook should be submitted by November 7th.
