MARCH 9, 2025 TENTATIVE AGENDA NOTES:
Our goal is to have a well-run and enjoyable event for all teams involved. We are scheduling 8 Qualifying matches per team.
TEAM INSPECTIONS ARE GOING TO BE A CRITICAL PART OF THE DAY. Inspections will be from 8:15AM-9:15AM. If a robot is not inspected by 9:15, that team will not be included in the match schedule.
We simply will not inconvenience everyone who is involved to accomodate teams that are not prepared. Please take weather and other unknowns into account as you plan your day.
