- We are targeting 6 qualification matches per team for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
An email will be sent out to each team's primary and secondary POC in the event of bad weather. Teams should note that Northern Virginia weather may differ from other areas in Virginia and teams should plan accordingly. This tournament will only be cancelled if determined by the venue owner that it is unsafe to host the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
- The refund will be $100.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refunds will be made unless the tournament is cancelled by the Event Partner.
All participants will be notified by e-mail by 10 PM on the evening before the event if the tournament is cancelled.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Digital Engineering Notebooks should be uploaded to robotevents.com no later than 1/18/2025.
