Please note: This years tournament will be held at our Junior High School, Ridgeview. It is down the street from our Central High School.

Food:
- Lunch is provided to all team members.
- A hospitality room will be available to all coaches and volunteers. Come hungry :)

- Engineering Notebooks - physical/hardcopy submissions only
- Each team will have six qualifying matches

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
January makes for interesting weather. We will hope for the best, but in the event of bad weather we will reach you by email, phone or text. Additionally we will post on our social media platforms of any changes to the schedule or tournament.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
