General Info
Please join us for the SHHS "Push Back: Bring What You Have" Tournament (MS&HS) 2025-2026 at South Hagerstown High School, in Hagerstown, MD. This VEX V5RC tournament is open to both Middle School and High School teams. There will be no judging at this event. If the event is full, please add your team to the Waiting List. If the event is not full, but the registration deadline has passed and you would still like to attend, please email us.
This event qualifies teams for the Maryland State Championship.
Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase with proceeds benefiting the Rebel Robotics Club.
If paying by check, please make payable to "South Hagerstown High School" and put Rebel Robotics on the memo line. Please bring the check to the event (or email for mailing address).

9:45 am - Qualification Matches Begin
10:00 am - Skills Field Open
12:00 - 12:30 pm - Lunch Break
12:30 - 1:30 pm - Qualification Matches -> Skills Field will Close at the end of Qualification matches
1:45 pm - Alliance Selection -> ONE representative for each team (No robots)
2:00 pm - Elimination Rounds Begin
2:30 pm - Finals and Awards / Practice Fields Closed
3:00 pm - Clean Up

Our goal is to keep to the event schedule. Matches will start without robots if you fail to show up at the queue on time.

Volunteers make robotics tournaments possible and are essential for providing these STEM learning opportunities for our friends and family. Please consider volunteering to help make this event a success. Full-day volunteers will be provided a complimentary lunch. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of impending bad weather, Rebel Robotics will work with our school facilities to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. In the case of bad weather, the first choice will be to keep the event on the same day and alter the schedule. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the event is cancelled, teams will be given a full refund. Teams that drop out will be given a 50% refund if notified prior to one week of the event. Refunds are less the $5.00 RECF processing fee.
Health and Safety Policies
In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, please do not attend the tournament if you are not feeling well.

Buses and vehicles with trailers and/or equipment can turn to the right at the end of the drive to unload students and equipment in front of the main doors. There is also plenty of parking for the buses and parents!
