8:15 Registration, and Inspection Open

9:00 Opening Remarks and Drivers Meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over. Get your rounds in early! Even if you are in line, skills will end.

9:30 Qualification matches start.

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch 

1:00 - 2:30 Qualification Matches

2:40 - 2:50  Alliance Selection

3:00 - 4:00 Finals Matches, immediately followed by awards*

(Award ceremony will start right after Judges turn in results)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

With this event taking place during hurricane season, a decision will be made the Monday before the event day on whether or not to hold the event if a storm is a possibility.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refuncds will be give except the $5.00 RECF fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be given.

If a team has not paid by the payment deadline: Team may be moved to the waitlist to make room for another team. 

Judging Format

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline is scheduled for October13th, 2025 at 11:59pm.
