Welcome to the Fox Valley V5RC League!

The Fox Valley V5RC League will be held at Fox Valley Lutheran High School this year.

The Fox Valley V5RC League is designed to give teams many opportunities to compete and improve throughout the season. We will compete on Thursday nights following the schedule below.

• Teams need to compete in at least 60% of the matches to be ranked for alliance selection. That means competing in 5 of the 7 league play nights (4 matches played per night). Once a team reaches 5 nights of competition, we reserve the right to restrict them from playing based on the number of teams that show up for a night.
• Some nights will be more crowded than others. We have team workspaces available, but teams may need to double up (or more) to allow for space for all teams. Try to only bring the items you need for league night to save space.
• We can always use more volunteers to help with running the league night sessions. Jobs needed include: Check-in/Inspection, Referee, Score Keeper, and Announcer. If you or another coach or a parent is willing, please step up when asked, or better yet, come and offer your service!
• We are guests of whomever hosts league night and are very appreciative of the space they allow us to use. Please make sure to respect the area and not let your students disturb equipment or material that is also in the space. Please also help with cleaning up at the end of each night to keep the space as neat as possible.

There will be no judging for league this year.

Notes about final Qualification Matches session on February 3:

February 3 will be the last Qualification Matches for League for the year. It will also be the last opportunity to run skills for League. Following the conclusion of Qualification matches on February 3, we will have Alliance Selection for the League Finals, which takes place on February 10. All teams should have a representative at the February 3 League Night for Alliance Selection. We will also have a dedicated skills field set up on February 3 so that teams can be completing skills attempts during the League match play. Skills will be available at approximately 5:45 pm. You do not need to be competing in Qualification Matches on February 3 in order to complete skills matches.
