Volunteer
We need your help to make this a positive and rewarding experience for the students!
- Helping is easy and fun! Don't worry, we will show you what to do! Working the event is more fun and interesting than sitting around waiting for your student's next match!
- Have you wondered what a Excellence-quality Engineering Notebook looks like? Then volunteer to be a Judge -- having this experience will give your students a big advantage in their next event! Judge volunteers should contact us at least three weeks in advance.
- Volunteers should contact us with your preference. We will reply ASAP, and thanks in advance!!
- There are lots of different roles that need to be filled, visit volunteer roles for an overview.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
September is hurricane season, therefore, in case of severe weather, we will attempt to rescheule to the following Friday October 10th. If that is not possible for our venue host, CSN, or if not possible for you team, your registrations will be refunded (less a $5 processing fee).
Weather notices or information about a possible cancellation will be posted here on robotevents.com! Please inform your team and parents to check here for official updates from the Community School of Naples.
Make sure your team contact information is up-to-date in robotevents.com in the event we need to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue refunds.
Payment Deadline is September 11th, 2025. Unpaid teams may be placed on the waitlist to make room for other teams.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
