IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We will be using Smart Field Control connect to fields, please ensure your team has set up their V5 brain to connect to the field following the instructions available here
The Judging Format will be Remote Engineering Notebooks/In-Person Interviews for this event. All engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally via RobotEvents by Tuesday October 21 at 5:00 pm to be reviewed by judges.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will be canceled with no refunds

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament? Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

Judging Format
