General Info
Pickerington Central Robotis is proud to host our 2nd annual VEX V5 Robotics Competition League.
Consessions will be available at each session.
The league sessions will be held at Pickerington High School Central. We will feature 1 competition field and 1 skills/practice field. Skills will run concurrently during each session.
Session 1: November 18, 2025, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Session 2: December 16, 2025, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Session 3: February 3, 2025, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Session 4: February 17, 2026, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm (Judging and Finals)
Digital Notebook submission deadline: February 5th
In Person Interviews: February 17th, 2026
No Spectators. Team members, coaches, and any necessary adult chaperones only.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund for registration fees paid minus the $5 REC processing fee will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline is February 5th 2026.
