General Info

Updates as of September 16, 2025 - The location of this event has changed to Loachapoka High School. Event registration has been lowered to 32 teams.

SCORE is looking forward to hosting our annual autumn tournament on the plains.

We encourage new & experienced teams alike to get some valuable early season experience that will help propel you into a successful season! Come test out your design & programming ideas, make some new VEX Robotics friends, and have a great time celebrating the changing of the seasons!

Stay tuned for more information in the coming months! We will share updates here & email all registered teams as we finalize plans on parking, concessions, etc.!

In the unlikely event of an emergency/weather situation, we will contact registered teams to discuss postponing/cancelling our tournament.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

SCORE is unable to offer refunds for teams who have already paid; We are able to apply payment to future SCORE events.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

SCORE is unable to offer refunds for teams who choose to withdraw. We are able to apply payment to future SCORE events.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
