Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled. The cancellation will be posted on robotevents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Every attempt will be made to rescheduled (especially in the case of a weather-related cancellation).If the event cannot be rescheduled we will refund the teams the money paid but not the $5 fee paid to RECF.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
