Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the inclement weather policy of our local district and reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for weather at the discretion of our district leadership.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event and event isn't rescheduled: Teams will be refunded minus the $5 that RECF took. If the event is rescheduled, then there will be no refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: NO REFUND
Judging Format
Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Physical engineering notebooks will be submitted at check-in.
