Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Due to how Robot Events sends payments, we are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We are unable to offer refunds for this event.

This event will be livestreamed on the Auburn Robotics Club YouTube channel. A link will be provided closer to the event date.
Judging Format
Online Notebooks - Engineering Notebooks will be submitted online due 1/30/2026 11:59 PM CST. Please ensure all notebook links are submitted and are working.
In-Person Team Interview - The Team Interviews will be judged in person on the day of the event.
